David Samuel Francis, 31, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 at MUSC. He was born June 19, 1988 in Garberville, CA, a son of James L. Francis, Sr. and Dianne Elizabeth Welty Francis.

David was a loving son, father, brother and friend to all. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. In his spare time he liked to read, listen to music, fish and spend time with family and friends. David will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Francis is survived by his children, Kaleb and Katlyn Southerland; siblings, James L. Francis, Jr., Kimberly Martin (Jonathan) and Rebecca Francis and many other family and friends who will miss him.

Family and friends will gather at his residence on Juniper Bay Road on Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 3pm until.
