William "Pete" Rabon, 60, passed away on October 19, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 23, 1962 in Horry County, a son of the late Fred Freeman Rabon and Mary Lee Richardson Rabon.

He is also predeceased by his  brother, Carl Manuel Rabon.

Pete was a loving father, grandfather, brother, companion and friend to all.  He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping, along with spending time with family, whom he loved very much.

Pete was a dedicated supervisor at Palmetto Corp., where he was an exceptional motor grader operator and built many roads throughout South Carolina.

Mr. Rabon is survived by his son, Sport Rabon (Jessica); his daughter, Beth Rabon; his brother, Jimmy D. Rabon (Sherry); three grandchildren, Keegan Johnson, McKenzie Rabon and Rhett Rabon; long-time companion, Joann Allen, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 10:00 am until 10:45am at Watson Funeral Services.

Funeral Services will be 11:00am Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. David Stevens and Rev. Stephen Hyman officiating.

Burial will follow at Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
