William "Billy" Cissel Fleming 52 passed away on February 15, 2022. He was born March 28, 1969 in Prince George, Maryland. A son of the late Bobby Fleming Sr. and Shirley Fleming.

Billy was a loving brother, uncle and friend to all. He loved spending time with family and friends. He especially enjoyed making people laugh and smile with his comedic antics. He was interested in old coins and had a collection that he treasured.

Mr. Fleming is survived by his two sisters; Debbie Kliever (Wayne) and Linda Corlew (Tony); two brothers; Bobby Fleming Jr. and Timothy Barnes along with nieces, nephews and numerous family and friends that will miss him.

Per his wishes no services will be held but we invite you to celebrate his life and the many ways he may have touched yours.
