William MacArthur Cooper, aged 82, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Conway Medical Center. Born on February 26, 1942, in Conway, he was the son of the late Thomas Wyatt Cooper and Alice Elizabeth Sanders Cooper. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Cooper, and his brothers, Buster Cooper and Fredrick Wyatt Cooper.

Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Known for his kind heart and adventurous spirit, he was always eager to try new things, yet he never did anything he didn't want to do.

He is survived by his wife of twelve years, Kathy Jean Bridges; his son, Richard Cooper; his daughter, Ashley E Yeager; his brother, Tommy Cooper and his wife Janice; and his grandchild, Ivy Dresch, along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Watson Funeral Services Chapel, with Ronald Rabon officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Watson Funeral Services and Crematory, located at 2300 Hwy 378, Conway, SC, is serving the family.
