Wanda D. Cox, 70, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born November 9, 1954 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late Harlie Lee and Blondell Richardson Lawson.

Mrs. Wanda spent many years as a manager in retail sales. She enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson Dustin Bryant; brothers, Grippie Lee Lawson, Paul Lawson, and Gene Lawson; sisters, Mildred Fowler and Ladosta Rabon.

Mrs. Wanda is survived by her husband, Dennis James Cox; her sons, Jimmie Dale Bryant (Amy) and Rodney Dale Bryant (Jennifer); brother, Bobby Lawson; sisters, Hazel Edwards, Elizabeth Johnson, Susie Harrelson, and Carolyn Lawson; Eight grandchildren, Zachary Bryant, Joshua Bryant, Walker Bryant, Alex Bryant, Bryson Cox, Brady Cox, Jameson Cox, Adelyn Cox, and Jennifer Robertson.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00pm, Monday, April 28, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel, with Preacher Chris Grainger officiating, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
