Tracy Bailey Howell, 48, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024 at her residence. She was born December 3, 1975 in Prince George County, MD, a daughter of Paul Yates and the late, Norma Price Yates.

Mrs. Howell is survived by her husband, David Lee Howell; children, Zachery B. Bailey, Tyler S. Bailey, David L. Howell, Jr. and Ethan M. Howell; sister, Kary Yates and three grandchildren, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.
