Thomas Alvin Hester, known to his family and friends as "Tommy", passed away peacefully on December 31, 2024 surrounded by his family and friends.

Born July 15th, 1947 Tommy was a proud Vietnam War Veteran who honorably served in the U.S. Army. His strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit led him to become a successful business man, owning and operating Tommy Hester masonry for many years. His passion for his work paired with his dedication to quality craftsmanship. Earned him respect and admiration of all who knew him. Tommy had a deep love for motorsports, particularly NASCAR, and was a lifelong Jeff Gordan fan. He also had a true passion for hotrods and drag racing. Throughout the years he built and owned many cars, creating lasting memories.

In 1997 Tommy married the love of his life, Sandra Hester. Together they shared a strong loving partnership. Sandra was an amazing caregiver to Tommy as he battled his illness. They shared a special love for Shih Tzu's and had a special one together named Snuggles. Currently they have 3 special ones; Tucker, Gracie, and Miley whom they loved very much.

Tommy is also survived by his four sons, Dustin Hester, Tommy Hester Jr., Timmy Hester, and David Bradshaw, and daughter, Nicole Boyd. Also surviving are many special grandchildren and was cherished by a large circle of family and friends. Tommy will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:30pm, Sunday January 5, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Kenny Todd officiating.
