Sandra Lee Smith, 77, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at GSRMC. She was born November 27, 1946 in Providence, RI, daughter of the late Gordon and Miriam Hofman Pattullo.

Sandra enjoyed quilting, sewing and traveling. She was a loving wife and friend to all.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Thomas Robert Smith and many other family and friends who will miss her.
