Russell Garren Strickland, Sr., 54, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Grand Strand Medical with his loving family by his side. Born June 5, 1970 in Conway, he was the son of Jimmy and Janice Beverly Strickland.

Mr. Strickland was predeceased by his son, Russell Garren Strickland Jr.

Mr. Strickland is survived by his wife, Melissa Todd Strickland, son, Kyle Strickland; brother, Kendall Strickland; grandchildren, Russell Garren Strickland III and Garren Wesley Strickland, along with many other family and friends will miss him.

A Memorial Service handled by the church will be held 2:30pm Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Kinlaw and Rev. Roger Chestnut officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
