Ronald Thomas Strait, 88, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born June 5, 1936 in Rock Hill South Carolina, a son of the late James "Dock" Marion and Ola Lee Wright Strait.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased his wife, Johnnie Faye Baldwin Strait; son, Parrish Dean Strait and his brother, Jay Marion Strait (Betty).

Ronald was a member of Masonic Lodge #353.

Mr. Strait is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Strait Mayers; grandchildren, Parrish "Darr" Strait, Kristen Nicole Strait Mathews, Emilee Baldwin Mayers, Enoch "Preston" Mayers and Camryn Henry; great grandchildren, Parrish Drake Strait, Emma Grace Mathews and Harper Leigh Mathews; special friend, Melissa Rose Gause, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

Funeral Services will be held 1pm, Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Watson Funeral Service Chapel.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
