Ronald Lee. Amos Sr., 83, passed away June 22, 2026 at his residence. He was born October 13, 1942 in Greensboro N.C. a son of the late Harry Washington Amos and Vivian Martin Amos.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Glenda Stafford.

Ronald enjoyed playing golf, racing reading, yardwork and history. He was a member of Myrtle Beach Corvette Club.

Mr. Amos is survived by his wife, Carolyn Burns Amos, son, Ronald Lee Amos Jr, daughter, Julie Potts (Greg), brother, Donald Amos, four grandchildren, Tabitha Kaiser, Millicent Settles (Shea), Nancy Amos and Thompson Amos; three great grandchildren, Breanna Kaiser, Masen Settles, Lucas Jack Settles; his loving dog Rocky and many other family and friends who will miss him.

Funeral Services will be held 4:00pm Friday, June 26, 2026 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Chris Grainger officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
