Richard Melvin Frazier, 93, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at McLeod Seacoast. He was born November 15, 1927 in Washington County, PA, a son of the late Herbert R. and Bessie May Scott Frazier.

He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Frazier and a son, Richard Kent Frazier; siblings, Donald Frazier, Paul Frazier, Margaret Barr, Robert Frazier and Herbert Frazier.

Richard was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved to read and study his Bible.

Mr. Frazier is survived his children, Barry W. Frazier (JoAnn) and Holly D. Menditto; siblings, Ronald Frazier (Karla), and Patricia McCrerey (Jay Winnett); ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Private Graveside will be held 1:00pm on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Westside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask you make a memorial, in honor of Richard, to a charity of your choice.
