Rhonda Sue King, 68, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at her residence. She was born May 20,1954 in Horry County, a daughter of the late Bruce and Elberta Smith Skipper.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, Howard King; siblings, Robert Milton Skipper, Helen M. Skipper and Hazel Sidell.

Rhonda rocking in her chair, baking and spending time with family and friends. She was a God loving woman, a friend to all and a wonderful caretaker. She retired from Nyes Pharmacy after working many years as a cook.

Mrs. King is survived by her children, Jarrett Turner and Brandon Turner; nephew, Robert Sidell (Melissa Cook); niece, Cheryl Bookhart; great nephews, Shawn Kennedy and James High; great nieces, April Herring and April R. Phillips: great-great nephew, Isaac Herring; mother of the children, Jody Lambert, along with many other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held 1pm Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Pauley Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside.
