Randy Harold Skipper., 72, passed away, Monday, May 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 28, 1954 in Conway, the son of the late Harold Skipper and Peggy Skipper Sarvis.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Terri Skipper and his step-father, Heyward Sarvis.

Randy had a detailing business, where he took great pride in detailing vehicles. He loved watching cooking shows, Big Brother, Survivor and Old Westerns. Randy was an avid Chevrolet person and fisherman. He will most of all be remembered for dressing sharply and being a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all he met. He enjoyed going and eating lunch with his brother Jerry.

Mr. Skipper is survived by his children, Garth DeBell, Brandy Skipper (Courtney), Drandy Skipper (Tammy) and Laura Skaggs; his brother, Jerry Skipper (Lisa); sisters, Kim Rowe (Mark) and Sherry Bellamy (Gerard); nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister in law, Renee Walton (Matthew), along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

Graveside Services will be held 11am, Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends after the graveside service at the cemetery.
