Phillip Harvey Simmons, 40, passed away on August 15, 2022 at his residence, with his family by his side.  He was born on July 9, 1982 in Horry County the son of Phillip Elvis Simmons and Linda Turner Simmons.

He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend. Harvey enjoyed playing video games, riding four wheelers, watching MASH and football, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Simmons is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Niki Renee Medeiros Simmons; one daughter, Jaymie Lynn Simmons; one sister, Beverly C. Simmons; nieces and nephews, Erika Simmons, Elishia Simmons, Khalaya Grant, Omar Sabr and Amir Samad; great niece and nephew, Jerren Bell and Jayla Bell along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm Friday August 19, 2022 at Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor David Stevens officiating.

The family will receive friends after the service in the fellowship hall.
