Patricia Hunter Dohner, 69, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Oak View Health. Born August 23, 1955 in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Sophie Metzler Hucks Hunter.

She was also predeceased by her stepmother, Geneva H. Hunter and siblings, Raeford "Ray" Hunter, Terry K. Hunter, Ellen L. Hunter Rice and her beloved Yorkie, Winston.

Patricia was a founding member of Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church, where she was a member for fifty years this year. She loved singing in the church, especially Sunrise and Bell Services at Christmas. Along with reading Nicholas Sparks books, she enjoyed playing cards, watching Hallmark movies and the Food Network.

Ms. Dohner is survived by her brothers, Timothy L. Hunter (Charlotte) and James "Jamie" W. Hutchins; sisters, Elsie M. Bates (Mark), Debbie K. Roper (Michael), Shawn M. Weber (Chris) and Lisa H. Graham (Jamie); her birth son, Josh Sarvis (Hilaire); five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her.

A Memorial Service will be held 11am Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services with Rev. Brad Bellah officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
