Mildred Ann Crooks, age 85, of Conway, South Carolina passed away peacefully at her residence Friday, May 15, 2026. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, but resided in Linden, NJ all of her life until moving to Conway. She was the daughter of the late William John and Marie Jean Ferretti Crooks.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Rachel Wode.

Mildred loved watching General Hospital, going on cruises and decorating her house for all holidays and other occasions. She retired from Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, NJ seventeen years ago. She was always happy spending time with her family and friends and she really enjoyed her new home for the past three years with her sister.

She is survived by her sisters, Roxanne Kwiatek, Joyce Crooks, Marie Crooks and many other family and friends that will miss her.
