Michael Gene Jeffords,70, passed away on November 23, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born April 8, 1952, in Wilmington, NC a son of the late Clarence James Jeffords and Frances Smith Jeffords.

Gene was also predeceased by his brothers, John L. Jeffords, Bobby J. Jeffords and Billy Jeffords

Gene was a self-employed carpenter for most his life.

Mr. Jeffords is survived by his wife of 54 years, Isabell Davis Jeffords; his children, Ricky Davis (Michelle) and Stephanie Jordan (Rusty); sister, Mary Ellen Harrell (Pat); many nieces and nephews; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and two beloved dogs, Lucy and Chipmunk.

A visitation will be held 2pm to 3 pm on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Watson Funeral Services and Crematory.
