Margaret Louise Johnson, 87, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 6, 1935 in Horry County a daughter of the late Thomas Boyd Richardson and Effie Byrd Richardson.

She was predeceased by her sons, Jimmy L. Richardson and Ollie Todd; great-grandson, Tristan Burton; siblings, Thomas Boyd Jr., Robert "Pig" Richardson, Clyde Richardson, Biscoe Richardson, Bobby Richardson and Ruby Ammons.

Louise was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved cooking for her family, reading her Bible and going to church serving her Lord and Savior. She loved raising her chickens and taking care of her cats.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Major Randolph Johnson; her son, Tommy Todd; her daughter, Wanda Chestnut; eight grandchildren, Amanda Bessent, Davey Bessent, Haley Sauer (Houston), Michael Todd, Jennifer Medeiros (Jason), Larry Richardson (Betty), Ricky Richardson (Holly) and Joseph Burton (Kim); a daughter in law, Cindy Richardson Fowler; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 10:45am prior to the services at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 11, 2022 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Freddie Young officiating.

Burial will follow in Poplar United Methodist Church Cemetery.
