Louise Hall Altman, 79, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born November 17, 1946 in Eden, NC, a daughter of the late Hubert Lee Hall Sr. and Violet Sunshine Aheron Hall.

Louise was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Calvin Corben Altman Sr.

Louise was a member of Nebo Baptist Church. She loved to sing and play the piano. She enjoyed cooking for her family, reading and spending time on the outside. She became a nurse, because she enjoyed helping and taking care of others. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Ms. Altman is survived by her son, Calvin Corben Altman Jr. (Angelica) of Gresham; two daughters, Sally Lucille Norris (Berry) of Gresham and Carol Lynn Justice (John) of Gresham; one brother, Hubert Lee Hall Jr. (Sylvia); eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
