Lee Ann Phillips, 54, passed away December 31, 2023 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. She was born December 18, 1969 in Alamance County, North Carolina, a daughter of Gary Garrett and the late Barbara Anderson Rouse.

In addition to her father, Gary Garrett, Lee Ann is survived by are husband; Robbie Phillips; son, Cody Bottoms; daughter, Stephanie Nofsinger and one grandson, Spencer Riley Nofsinger, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, January 6, 2023 at Waccamaw Christian Church, 502 Hwy 90, Conway, SC 29526 with Preacher Dennis Lewis officiating.
