Leanna D. Phillips, 90, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 5, 1933 in Frostburg, MD, a daughter of the late James Livingstone and Hazel G Younkin Livingstone.

She was a faithful member of Church of Christ on Glenns Bay Road.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her children, Craig W. Phillips (Terri) and James M. Phillips; three grandchildren, Michael C. Phillips, Jennifer Phillips Jacobs (Chad) and Samantha Phillips Norris (Aaron); several great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.
