Laura Alice Killian, 97, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026 at GSRMC with her loving son and his wife, Susan by her side. She was born September 29, 1928, a daughter of the late, John Calvin “JC” Hill and Helen Blanch Harding Hill.

Ms. Killian was predeceased by her parents and her children, George Park Killian, Gary Wayne Killian and Lori Maureen Killian.

Laura enjoyed getting her hands dirty, whether it was working in her garden or flower beds. She loved the Lord, her family, neighbors and friends.

Ms. Killian is survived by her son, C. Douglas Killian (Susan); grandchildren, George P. Killian and Ketra Killian, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
