Larry Monroe Wherry Jr., 53, died Saturday, June 22, 2024 at his home.  He was born January 16, 1971 in Nashville, TN, a son of Larry Monroe Wherry and the late Alice Jean Perry Wherry.

Larry was a loving son, father, brother, grandfather and friend. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Detailing cars was something else he enjoyed. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his brother, Terry Wayne Wherry.

Mr. Wherry is survived by his father, Larry Monroe Wherry; companion, Angela Stafford; son, Brett Aaron Wherry; daughters, Kelsey Shirlann Wherry, Kinsley Grace Wherry, Brittany W Burns (Ross) and Lesley Murray (Chris); brother, Kevin Lee Wherry; four grandchildren, Hudson Burns, Ryan Burns, Cassen Murray and Cameron Murray; mother in law, Shirley Cochran, along with many family and friends who will miss him.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 5pm until 7pm at Watson Funeral Services.
