Larry “Ray” Strickland, 57, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at his residence. He was born September 6, 1968 in Front Royal Virginia, a son of Larry Wayne and Barbara Kerns Strickland.

He was predeceased by a sister, Shannon Maberg.

Ray enjoyed woodworking, hiking, guns and spending time with his family and friends. He worked for PYA and US Foods for 29 years.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Strickland is survived by a daughter, Lillie Strickland; niece, Cortney Strickland and many other family and friends who will miss him.
