Larry Roger Cox, 74, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at MUSC in Florence, South Carolina with his loving family by his side. He was born March 4, 1948 to the late Eddie and Katie Joe Brown Cox.

Larry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lunette "Lucy" Richardson Cox, of Britton's Neck, SC; daughter, Laura Cox of Britton's Neck and special friend William Bamberger of Myrtle Beach; daughter, Lisa Cox Hulit and son-in-law, Henry Hulit of Britton's Neck; his fur baby, Fred Cox. He will be missed by many nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Larry graduated from Britton's Neck High School, class of 1966. He served four years in the United States Airforce. Larry was a long time, dedicated employee of Legacy Business Solutions, LLC, formerly known as S.M. Johnston Properties in Myrtle Beach, SC. He enjoyed Nascar and was an avid outdoors person who spent a lot of time tinkering at his shed.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by brothers, Wyman Cox and wife, Libby; Terry Cox; sisters Marilyn Faye Rittenberry and husband Zan; Patricia James, and husband Clifton; and Sandra "Gale" Cox.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 5pm until 7pm at Watson Funeral Services.

Graveside Service will be held 2pm Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Souls Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Ken Herrington and Brice Richardson officiating.
