Joyce M. Watts, 72, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at GSRMC with her loving family by her side. Born October 27, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late Robert G. and Minnie Marie Bunch Turner.

She was also predeceased by her husband, Wayne Everette Watts and brothers, Ansel Turner, Johnny Turner, Bobby Turner and Charles Turner.

Joyce loved country music.

Mrs. Watts is survived by her children, Michael Wayne Watts (Jackie), Robert Burns Hensley (Lisa) and Steven Earl Hensley; sister, Beverly Turner and grandchildren, Lucas Watts, Kennedy Hensley and Michaiah Charles, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Funeral Service will be held 3pm, Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. James Mew officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
