Jonathan M. Yacobacci, 37, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024. He was born November 28, 1986 in Kulpmont, Pa, a son of Michael Yacobacci and Victoria "Vicki" Johnson (Timothy Johnson).

Jonathan was a loving son, father, brother, grandson and friend to all. He enjoyed fishing and loved his job in the plumbing business, but his greatest love was for his boys he loved them more than anything.

In addition to his parents he is survived by two sons, Braiden Michael Yacobacci and Trenton Michael Yacobacci; one sister, Ashley Nicole Todd; maternal grandparents, Donald and Shirley Strickland and many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
