Joann Ruth Frazier's Obituary
JoAnn Ruth Frazier, 69, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Grand Strand Medical Center. She was born December 1, 1951 in Washington D.C.
JoAnn enjoyed arts and crafts, and enjoyed going to the beach.
She is predeceased by her parents; Joseph Raymond Deluca and Dorothy Tokar Deluca and one brother; John Deluca.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by her husband, Barry Frazier; three sons, Benny Frazier, Brad Frazier and Brian Frazier; two brothers, Joseph DeLuca and Charlie DeLuca; four sisters, Dorothy Belcher, Ruth Jenkins, Gina Moddeset and Nita Knighton; six grandchildren and many other family and friends that will miss her.
