Irma “Jackie” Shaw, 74, passed away Friday, September 25, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 25, 1952 in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Oneal Holt and Francis Olivia “Lib” Miller Holt. Mrs. Shaw graduated from Conway High School in 1970 and graduated from Horry Georgetown Tech. She worked in the IT Department at AVX for 30 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Julius “Lee” Graham of Conway and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mrs. Jackie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael “Mike” Richard Shaw of Conway; a son, Brian Oneal Shaw of Conway; a brother, James Oneal “Jimmy” Holt and wife, Ida Lee of Conway; great-nieces, Kailee Graham, Laila Graham and their mother Krissie Isaacson all of Anderson, SC; aunt, Molly Strickland of Conway; Uncles, Spivey McNeil Holt and James Wilson Holt, both of Conway.

Mrs. Jackie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and very special friend to many. She was known for her outspoken personality and sense of humor. She lost her battle to this illness, but even to the end, her words were. “I had a good life; a good husband of 47 years and they always took care of each other.” She also bragged on her son who “Was always there for his mom, day or night, doing whatever she asked, and never complaining.” She was a great friend to all, loved by a lot, and will be missed by many.

2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Interment will be private at a later date and the family requests privacy during this difficult time.
