Irene Patricia Carlson, 80, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Oak View Nursing Home. Born May 24, 1945 in Vermont, she was the daughter of the late James Monroe Taylor and Florence Taylor.

She was also predeceased by numerous siblings.

Irene was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved animals.

Ms. Carlson is survived by her children, Richard Carlson (Diane), Ronald Carlson and Michelle Brown (Doug); grandchildren, Mariah, Kelseigh, Cameron, Kyler and Lexie; great grandchild, Kyaire and many other family and friends who will miss her.
