Irene Prosser Altman, 78, of Conway, SC, passed away peacefully, Friday May 9, 2025, at home with her loving family. Born June 22,1946 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Mack Prosser and Rebecca Jones Prosser. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Latha Rabon, brother, John Henry Rabon and Brother in Laws Jim Bonin and Colie Rabon. Irene was a loving wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and working in her beautiful flowers, but her greatest love was her family. Remaining to cherish Irene's memory are her husband of 60 years Rev. W. P. "Tommy" Altman; son, Tommy M. Altman (Mary), daughter, Nancy Cooper (Danny); grandchildren Spencer Lilly (Julie), Parker Beck Lilly, Selena Mast (David), Katelyn Hunt (Brandon), Daniel Cooper (Nicole) and Cory Cooper; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Eli, Rhea, Milo, Ansleigh, Aspen, Kendyl and Landon; sisters, Cynatha Carroll (Bob), Lynette Bonin; brothers, Leon Prosser (Susie) and Lonnie Prosser; Sister-in-law Essie Mae Rabon. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm Monday, May 12, 2025, at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Pastor Ross Altman Officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
