Hilda Ann Simmons, 65, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025 at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center. She was born July 22, 1959 in Horry County, a daughter of the late Sheldon Edward and Ethel Watts Simmons.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her brother, Cliff Simmons.

Ms. Simmons was a caregiver to many and one who enjoyed the simple things in life; her family, a good oyster roast, and watching Lifetime movies.

Ms. Simmons is survived by her son, Keith Edward Housand; her daughter, Kateresa Tyndall; brother, Von Simmons (Wanda); three grandchildren, Jamie, Katelynn, and Kelsey; 3 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.
