Henry Carlisle Jones, 89, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at his sister's residence. He was born June 6, 1935 in Horry County, a son of the late James P. Jones and Susan Perritt Jones.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Carlisle served in the ministry for many years. Studying and teaching the Bible and preaching was his life. Mr. Jones was a retired minister and teacher. He had a passion for music and singing.

Mr. Jones is survived by his son, Gary P. Jones; his sisters, Mary Larimore and Sarah Larrimore, both of Britton's Neck, SC.; many nieces and nephews and other family and friends who will miss him.
