Helen Marie Montgomery, 90, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at Conway Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 17, 1934 in Marion County, a daughter of the late Horace Daniel and Lula M. Walker Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughters, Teresa Montgomery and Patricia Montgomery Hardee and her brothers, H. D. Brown, Joseph Brown and Frank Brown.

Mrs. Montgomery is survived by her husband, Calvin Woodrow Montgomery; children, Ronald Woodrow Montgomery (Pam), Mildred Montgomery Simmons (Dale) and Rose Montgomery Martin; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.

The family will receive friends at Mr. Montgomery's residence, 724 Hwy 90, Conway, SC 29526.

Funeral Services will be held 2pm Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Waccamaw Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Danny Turner and Rev. Becky Jones officiating.

Burial will follow at Bayboro Baptist Church Cemetery.
