Harvalene McClernan, 78, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at Conway Medical Center. She was born November 7, 1943 in Pembroke, NC, a daughter of the late Harvard and Gertrude Chavis.

Mrs. McClernan is preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Gavrell and Dorothy Walder

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, family was everything to her. She loved to watch movies, listen to music and loved seeing the nature of life.

Mrs. McClernan is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, James P McClernan; three sons, John McClernan (Fiance`,Maria Rozycki); Seamus McClernan and Jeffrey McClernan (Helenna); siblings, Larry Chavis, Loretta Filer, Francine Chavis, Thedus Chavis and Donna Chavis; five grandchildren, Colin James Winters, Quinn McClernan, Minna McClearan, Einin McClernan and Keaton Wolf, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.
