Glenn Keel Ghrist, 61, passed away September 6, 2021 at Pruitt Health in Moncks Corner. He was born April 28, 1960, in Bethesda, MD, a son of Harry Frank and Eleanor June Strange Ghrist.

He was predeceased by siblings, April Mickelsen, Dawn Nunley and Daymon Ghrist.

Glenn was a loving companion, son, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. He was a kind, gentle and sweet man, who lived life to the fullest, had a heart of gold and always brought joy and happiness to all around him.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ghrist is survived by his companion, Loretta Anderson; children, Eric Ghrist and Robert Ghrist of GA; siblings, Lief Ghrist (Carol) of TN, Clay Ghrist (Joan) of TX, Sherd Ghrist (Kathy) of TN and Tana Fraser of Conway; grandchild, Keylee Marguerite Ghrist and many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
