Ryan Harrelson, 51, passed away peacefully at home, on September 8, 2026.

Born July 23, 1975, in Conway, South Carolina, Ryan was the son of the late Fred Randall “Randy” Harrelson and Michael “Mike” Cooper, his step-father. He was also predeceased by his sister, Charity Michelle Cooper and Memaw, Betty Jordan Collier.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Pamella “Pam” Jordan Cooper; his children, Hunter Reid Harrelson, Ryan Chase Harrelson, Annabell Rose Harrelson and Kathleen Grayson Fields Harrelson and a couple of grandchildren.

Ryan was a 1993 graduate of Conway High School and also attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Since 2019, he proudly owned and operated Coastal Air Care.

Ryan loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, whether he was sporting a shotgun or in a boat on the river. He could always be found enjoying life and making memories. He loved sharing his laughter, friendship, and good times with those around him. Ryan had a way of making people feel welcome, and he truly enjoyed life to the fullest.

Above all else, Ryan loved his children. They were his pride and joy and the most important part of his life. His love for them was evident in everything he did, and the memories they shared will remain forever in their hearts.

Ryan will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pauley Swamp Cemetery Trust Fund, 2875 Pee Dee Highway, Conway, SC 29527.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Pauley Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, 2875 Pee Dee Highway, Conway, S.C. with Toby Davis from Advancing the Kingdom officiating.

Please dress comfortably and you are welcome to wear camouflage. For the people that want to participate in the salute, Shotguns only.

Family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
