Frances Wallace, 67, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at her residence. She was born September 4, 1955 in Millen, GA, a daughter of the late Charles and Doris Reynolds Wallace.

Ms. Wallace is survived by a special friend, Nanci Howard and cousins, Gayle Todd and Sheila Jerome.
