Erich Paul Schuett, 88, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024 in Myrtle Beach SC. He was born October 22, 1935 in Bremerhaven, Germany, a son of the late Erich H. Schuett and Inge E. Schuett. He was predeceased by his late wife, Christa Schuett and his brother, Egon Schuett.

Erich immigrated from Germany and became an aeronautical engineer and was in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of the Energy Center in East Granby, a general contractor, and proprietor of the Brass Rail in Southwick, MA. He lived in Granby for over 30 years before retiring and moving to Marco Island and later Naples, FL. Recently he moved to South Carolina to be closer to his family. Erich enjoyed traveling and cruises.

Erich is survived by his sons, Erich W. "Rick" Schuett (Juliann), Ronald Schuett (Holli), and Randall Schuett; 5 grandchildren, Erich T, Jessica, Christine, Victoria, and Connor; 3 great grandchildren, Grant, Troy, and Charlee Grae, and many other friends and family who will miss him.
