Eric Duane Fowler, 46, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 26, 1975 in Loris, a son of Sylvia Cox Fowler and the late Aaron Wayne Fowler.
He was also predeceased by his sister, Amanda Fowler Tyler.
Mr. Fowler worked at Horry Telephone for twenty-five years in the construction department. He had the nickname of "Diesel".
Eric was a simple man, who had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others. He was a loving husband, son, father and friend to everyone that knew him. He loved his wife with everything he had and enjoyed spending time with her and their children. An avid outdoorsman, Eric loved cutting grass and playing softball. Eric was a proud Lander University Dad and the best Cheerleader for his dancing Tootie!
In addition to his mother, Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Buffie Edge Fowler; children, Ethan Duane Fowler and Ansley Jane Fowler; grandmother, Jennette Fowler; mother-in-law, Cheryl Squires; sister-in-law, Bridgett Edge; brother-in-laws, Brad Harrell (Julie) and Jason Tyler; nieces, Lakelyn Graham and Jade Tyler; nephews, Logan Faircloth (Brooke), Landon Graham, Scotty Harrell, Austin Tyler; great nephews, Gunner Graham and Blayne Staples and many other family and friends who will miss him.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday September 22, 2021 at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
