Emma Lee Todd Cooper, 84, of Conway, died Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Embrace Hospice House. She was born July 12, 1940 in Conway, a daughter of the late Don B. Todd and Veita Holmes Todd.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Emma was predeceased by her husband, Sammie Cooper; her son, Samuel Donnie Cooper; siblings, Donald Todd Jr., Iva Dean Todd Bessant, Brenda Todd Small, Patricia Todd Johnson Larrimore, Martha Todd Rabon, and Betty Todd Brown.

Ms. Emma was always a very independent lady, not only insisting on caring for herself, but caring for those around her. She enjoyed time with her family and friends, being the best Mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, she could be, but her greatest peace was found in faithfully serving her Lord and Savior.

Ms. Emma is survived by her son, James Rodney Cooper (Charlotte); Daughter, Rev. Veita "Ginny" Brisendine (Jimmie); brothers, Fred O. Todd and James Kenneth Todd (Kathy); granddaughter, Ginger Faye Cooper Gause (Josh); 5 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.

Funeral Services will be held 3pm Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel, with Rev. Mack Hutson and Rev. Wayne Skipper officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family would like to express a sincere thank you, to Embrace Hospice nurses, Cathy and Jackie, for all the love and care they provided to Ms. Cooper and her family.
