Elsa Richardson Goff, 79, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Conway Medical Center. Born August 8, 1945 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Jordan Richardson Sr. and Ethel Halks Richardson.

She was also predeceased by her husband, Larry Noah Goff; daughter, Teri Cruse and brother, Herbert J. Richardson Jr.

Elsa enjoyed her career in healthcare, eventually retiring as a nurse. She enjoyed arts, painting, camping, hiking and trips to the mountains.

Mrs. Goff is survived by her children, Chuck Hooks (Wendy) and Tammie Hooks; sisters, Judy Johnston Brown, Eureka Jordan and Rosa Hardee; grandchildren, Kaylee Hooks, Mary Elizabeth Hucks, Brandon Williamson, Carson McCrackin and Brian Cruse; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, along with many other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

A Memorial Service will be 12 noon, Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating.
