Edward James Bucher, III, 86, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at Tidelands Waccamaw. He was born January 9, 1938 in Newark, NJ, a son of the late Edward James Bucher, II and Pearl Ehehalt.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Joan Morgan Bucher and his sister Joyce Cecere.

Mr. Bucher is survived by his son, Jim Bucher (Laura Copley); daughter, Cindy Dougherty (Jim); grandchildren, Nicole Ashley Dubbiosi (Anthony), Katie Dougherty (Patrick Theodoss) and Kevin Dougherty (Gabriella), along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
