Dorothy Lee Register Jordan, 92, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024. She was born December 30, 1931 in Horry County, a daughter of the late Lewis B. and Sarah E. Todd Register.

In addition to her parents. she was also predeceased by her husband, Palmer Devon Jordan and siblings, Johnny Register, Lonnie Register, GB Register, Hoyt Register, Maude Baker, Marie Collins, Reba Todd, Mitchel Stevens and Ella Mae Skipper.

Dorothy enjoyed going to the mountains, reading her bible, going out to eat, but most of all spending time with her family.

Mrs. Jordan is survived by her children, John Robert Anderson (Linda Freeman), Palmer D. Jordan Jr. (Janice), Dennis Clayton Jordan, Jackie Blanton, June Barfield (JT) and Miriam Ricks; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.

Funeral Services will be held 2pm, Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Paul Hyman and Rev. Ray Cribb officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak Grove FWB Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
