Donald Thomas Cooke, 83, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born January 16, 1942 in Aynor, he was a son of the late John Quincy and Gussie Bell Cooke.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by an infant son, Donald Cooke; his siblings, Ernest Cooke, Eugene Cooke, Lee Cooke, Edmond Cooke, Mabelle Perrette, Leatha Beano and step-daughter, Ronda Andrews.

Donald enjoyed fishing and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Cooke is survived by his wife, Catherine E. Cooke; children, Donald Cooke, Jr., Brenda Cooke, Susan Norris (Eugene) and Anita Brown; step children, Dale Andrews, Joseph Brookins, Danielle Haywood and Samantha Hickman; brother, Thomas Cooke; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Memorial Service will be held 11am Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services with Rev. Randy Baker officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
