Domingo Medina, 74, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 17, 1947 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, a son of the late Gregorio Medina and Silveria Ruiz.

He was also predeceased by a brother, Antonio Medina.

Domingo was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was an avid racquetball player, along with softball and golf, but he enjoyed all sports. He also loved working on cars, playing his guitar, singing and going on cruises. He was a great conversationalist, always doing things for his family and friends, inviting them over and making Bahama Mama's.

Mr. Medina is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Lucille Jeanne Fortier Medina; children, Dawn Marie "Gumba" O'Hare and her husband, James O'Hare III and Brenda Jeanne Ellsworth; grandson, Luca Ellsworth and his girlfriend, Samantha Hardy; siblings, Jose, Miguel, Gilberto, Louis, Abimael, Florentina, Margarita, Celia, Maria, Wanda and Sheila and many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
