Diane Bartlett Harrington, 72, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Pruitt Health in Ridgeway, SC. Born January 7, 1953 in Asheville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Paul Bartlett and Eloise Byrd Bartlett Jenkins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Roland Lane Harrington; grandparents, Rev. Baxter Fred Byrd and Lora Pruett Byrd; sister, Regina Bartlett.

Diane was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was very faithful in serving her Lord and Savior. Besides music and singing she enjoyed doing crafts, cooking and singing to her patrons during her years of service at the Waffle House. Diane had a huge and giving heart, always putting others welfare before her own. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Harrington is survived by her son, Rev. Steve Harrington (Amanda); grandchild, Rev. Chase Stephen Harrington (Allison); great grandchildren, Lydia Harrington and Julia Harrington; siblings, Bob Bartlett (Patty), Jay Bartlett and Judy King; special family members who helped take care of Diane, nieces, Robin Hankins and Deborah Ard, along with cousins Roger and Donna Williams; her cat, Henrietta and many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Memorial Service will be held 3pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson and Rev. Earl Spivey officiating.

The family will receive family and friends after the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home in memory of Diane Harrington.
