Debbra Jean Gallaher, 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born November 15, 1954 in Harvey, ND, she was the daughter of the late Fred M. and Anna Ida Grosz Hoffer.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her siblings, Judy Hiller and Ronald Hoffer.

Debbra was an avid outdoors person, with a green thumb and could grow anything. She loved lounging around her pool, camping, traveling and eating out at a good restaurant with her husband. Most of all she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and friend.

Mrs. Gallaher is survived by her husband, Gary Lee Gallaher; daughter, Tammy Lee Gallaher; siblings, Randy Hoffer (Judy), Roger Hoffer (Dorothy), Richard Hoffer, Bud Hoffer (Lonnie), Linda Manning and Diana Wittstruck), along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
