Darryl Ray Green, born on November 3, 1948, in Waterloo, Iowa, entered his Eternal Home in Heaven on April 7, 2024, in Conway, South Carolina, at the age of 75. He served in the US Army from 1968 to 1971 and was stationed in Vietnam in 1969-1970. Darryl was a highly skilled worker in both Electronics and Construction details, most recently specializing as a 3D Modeler of complex curved architectural components for the custom building industry.

Darryl is survived by his wife of 51 years, Cherrie L. Green; his children, Brent Green (Amy) and his daughter Erin, along with 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren he loved so much.  He is also survived by his siblings, Beverly Green Claud and Perry Green (Christine).  He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond G. Green and Helen L. Green.

Darryl was a member of Bible Baptist Church in West Chester, PA, for 40 years and more recently at Jamestown Baptist Church in Conway, SC.

His hobbies included designing and building stage sets for the local Christian School and Vacation Bible School activities.

A service to honor and remember Darryl will be held at 11:00am on May 4, 2024 at Jamestown Baptist Church, 2916 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29527.
